History problem in update

Hi all
When I uppdated teen sprit to Jaagle didn't get resent history from program root file music.mdb
C:\Program Files (x86)\Teen Spirit

I notice that it in (vista 64) It's in location
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Teen Spirit
and it's have to copy to location
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Jaangle
Have same one notice this also??
